Born in California in 1981, Charles Anthony Oliveras. Started playing clarinet at the age of nine. He attended the University of Redlands. After completing his studies in California, Anthony moved to Vienna and began post-graduate studies at the Vienna Conservatory of Music. While a student there, he was afforded the opportunity to personally work with George Crumb. And perform some of his chamber music in the Wiener Konzerthaus.
